Scope of Work: ✅ Remove skirting boards around the room ✅ Prime and pour self-leveling compound over approx. 16 m² of leveller to raise it by 8mm (materials supplied) ✅ Ensure a clean, level finish that matches the adjacent tiled area ✅ Install new skirting boards after leveller has cured (nail or glue neatly back in place) supplied ✅ Clean up the site after completion Room dimensions: Approx. 4.4m x 3.6m Materials Provided: Self-levelling compound Concrete primer Skirting boards Laminate sample for reference You’ll need to bring your own tools and mixing equipment (bucket, drill mixer, trowel, gloves, etc.) Looking for someone with: Experience in flooring prep / levelling Basic carpentry skills Clean and careful work (especially for skirting removal/reinstall)
