Requirements: Inspection & Colour Match: You must visit first to assess the floor texture and colour to ensure a seamless "invisible" repair using wax fillers or professional resins. High-Quality Finish: The goal is to fill the chip and buff the scratches so they are no longer noticeable. Experience: Please provide examples of similar "spot repairs" on laminate or timber floors. Wanting 2 or 3 short timber boards replaced on our deck. 2 x boards on our deck have rotted and starting to rot. Other boards are in good condition, so looking to just replace these two boards, they are short. Will need equipment and if possible source the boards. Solid hard wood floor repair needed - minor work. Solid timber flooring which is tongue and groove has been glued to floor in one section of house. It has lifted as per photograph with 3-4 boards on each section lifted (as per photograph) do to minor (in volume) swelling due to rain damage. The repair is likely to involve careful cutting of the tongue in the affected area, applying at least some glue and then pushing the boards together. The warped section is about 3 metres long so the cut in the tongue will need to be that long at most

Repair deck or remove deck and replace with steps

Engineered timber flooring , has scratches on two areas ( 2 x boards) need it fixed ( sanded and the polished) tried using wax but landord isnt happy.

We had a contractor come and sanding and tint some hooped pine floors but the tint is patchy and it needs alight sand and another coat of feason and Watson tint proof in brown Japan. 53m2. Timber is hooped pine. Need it done asap as we have moved out the house temporarily to have this done

A section of the floor has popped up after recent wet weather. I have a pack of spare boards to replace the affected boards. Damaged area is 2720mm X 380mm. The damaged area is the area between the masking tape in the photo. Ideally, would prefer Wednesday or weekend for the job to be done.

Dylan, several years ago, I put up a job to repair and replace a Cork floor that we have in the kitchen and family room. Some of the flooring is discoloured i.e. the clear coat appears to have gone. The other main repair is to add pieces of flooring where there are gaps after we replaced the kitchen cupboards. I am at Kenmore. You responded to the task, but at the time we decided not to go ahead as we were thinking of changing the flooring altogether. We decided to Get some serious quotes to repair the flooring.
