Vinyl floor in cafe needs replacing around 2 drain points.

Its in regards to repairing a 3 rung steps/balustrades and florrboards/decking leading onto a deck for a single level queenslander.

Need some floorboards replaced and some areas repaired before getting the floor sanded and polished. Would like the work done this week if possible.

I have vinyl flooring that was quickly installed to just cover the bare floor. Need someone to come in and fix it up without the gaps so it looks nicer. I have spare vinyl tiles to use, to cut up to fit onto the empty spaces. It’s about 8.5M x 8.5M In total: 72.25m2

I have a small area of my timber floorboards that have peaked up like a teepee from the heavy rain and heat. I need someone to remove 6 floor boards, pack out floor as required. Supply and install new 85 x 19mm Ironbark strip flooring, fit cork expansion strips, sand repaired area only and apply 3 coats of polyurethane. The damaged area is roughly 1 meter x 2 meters.
