Sprinting is very difficult for me and I'm not sure why. I'm 175 cm tall, 96 kg heavy. Goal is to run 100 m in under 15 seconds. Must improve fast twitch muscle. Require weekly 1 hour sessions, spread out over 3 weeks. Price is given for all 3 sessions as a total. Ideally on weekends.

This task is only suitable for a very very strong man or a woman who literally lives at the gym doing only resistance or heavy weight training. This task is to assemble a OneTwoFit 48" Rebounder (go online to see the model) with bungee cords and stability bar. The frame is already assembled the majority of the remaining effort is to affix the jumping mat with the over 40 bungees. This requires absolute brute strength and it is a real pain to do - feel free to go online and look at the assembly videos they may show a person doing one or two bungees but not the whole lot as it is a real workout as you need to use all of your body weight and strength to pull each bungee and affix it. It is a very hard resistance training workout. You will be sweating in minutes. I have tried and failed. I will undo all of my handiwork (if you wish) so that you can start from fresh. This task is for you to complete the assembly which is 1) the attaching of the jumping mat to the frame by bungee cord and 2) assembling and attaching the stability bar and 3) attaching the legs (screw on). A glove and metal grabbing tool which is a sort of claw for the bungee comes with the parcel. This task assumes 1.5 hours to complete as I imagine you will need a few breaks in between with the bungee situation. The total product weight when assembled is 12.5kgs. I can offer onsite secure parking in my building in a guest park. Let me restate again this is a highly physical task the bungees are stiff and dense they are designed to hold a human up on a tiny piece of fabric they are not elasticy. You need to be very strong and to be able to use your body weight. This is a workout friend.
