I need someone to help me improve my table tennis. I am in my 60s but fit. I am not looking to go to the Olympics, just want to be challenged and beat my partner. I’m not sure how much to offer, but it would be an hourly rate. The table is outdoors in a park near East Brunswick village. I have my own equipment. Thanks!

Hi all, Im looking for a mobile PT to help strength and tone and get rid of the last bit of belly fat. Im a shift worker ( when we not in lockdown) so times need to be flexible. I live close to alot of parks, so easy to train ( one has some gym equipment in it ) otherwise can workout at mine. I have some gym equipment at home, so looking for maybe 2 sessions a week to start with and to help guide me doing home workouts
