We’re looking for someone to mount a 45kg boxing bag to the ceiling of our commercial gym in Carrum Downs. The installation will need to be securely fixed to a steel beam located on the upper level of the gym.

Brand new gym set in boxes just need to be set up

Assistance needed with assembling a multi functional gym tower (Armortech F40) It was assembled then partially dissembled and on the garage floor. Need to stand the two sides up (that already have weight plates installed so are very heavy), move to position against wall in garage, then install the overhead supports and smith machine bar. Need one or ideally two sets of hands to assist with this. Must be able to handle and manoeuvre heavy items
