The pool currently has several non-compliance issues identified by Shoalhaven City Council. Tasks Required: Fix Gate – Ensure the gate is fully self-closing and self-latching from all positions. Install Warning Sign – CPR & supervision sign compliant with NSW pool regulations, clearly visible within 3m of pool. Remove Climbable Objects – Remove or relocate clothesline and pool scoop brackets within 900mm of pool barrier. Raise Boundary Fencing – Increase fence height to minimum 1800mm using extension panels or alternate approved method. Fix Pool Pump Shed – Modify enclosure to prevent it from compromising barrier height. Fix Fence Gaps – Fill any ground clearance or vertical gaps >100mm with compliant material (e.g. sleepers, Perspex, etc.). Repair Fence Structure – Refasten loose sections near the gate latch and ensure all sections are secure.
