our old pool gate latch has broken. the old one needs to be removed and a new one (already have this) fitted. the issue is the old latch screws/bolts have rusted out and are threaded, so the old one has proven difficult to remove.

I have a boundary fence next to a pool that isn’t the required 1.8m high. The fence is in ok condition, so I need someone to attach 1.8m high treated pine timber pailings to the pool side of the existing fence. It might also need posts to be extended and support railing at the top of new pailings. There is a soood retaining wall on pool side of fence that could be used to provide additional structural support to the fence. The fence is approx 16m long. The fence must be certified so need someone with experience in pool fences. Please quote for both labour and materials.

A section of treated pine trellis needs to be replaced. It is not a standard shape and is approx 2 m wide, sloping and approx 1.5 m high at one end and 1 m high at the other.
