Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.

The colorbond gate was initially attached to the house which is hebel. The post was not concreted in. The gate has come away from the hebel and so needs to be fixed. I believe the post will need to be concreted to the ground to take the weight of the gate - it is too heavy to attach directly to the house in the way it was done. - Due date: Flexible

I need my root barrier installed at about 45cm deep for 12 metres along my fence line. You'll need to dig a trench next to the fence 12 metre—we’ll 11 now…to install the root barrier. You'll need your own digging tools because mine aren't trench-worthy. - Due date: ASAP

Need a timber fence constructed (approx 11.5m, 3 posts - 1 drilled into a block wall, 2 placed within pebbles behind a block wall). It is on one side of pool so needs to be pool compliant.
