Standard suburban timber fence needs repairs. 60m in length of which 2/3 is 1.6m high, the remainder is 1.9m high. Palings look in reasonable shape and are fairly straight, top railings are failing, middle railings are some good, some bad, bottom railings are better again. Post are ageing but general ok- at least 2 or 3 would need reinforcing with a metal c-bar. Also need to attach triangle wedges on the second rails (have reserved that timber already) in order to meet pool safety requirements. Plus some small handy man work to ensure gates are closing. - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 September 2022
