I have electric gates that developed what appears to be an electronic fault. Both sides of the gates are working and receiving commands of the remote control. The issue is that when the gates open, sometimes they work fine and sometimes they move for a while and then just stop in the middle of the expected range of movement. A gate specialist looked at the gates about a year ago and replaced contact switches. It seems that the gates worked better for a while but lately started to develop the fault again. I don’t know whether it was the new switches that helped or just cleaning the contacts. Please see attached photographs for the picture of the gates. The left-hand gate is shown in the position where it usually stops by itself. Can you please send me the amount you charge as a callout fee, and what it includes. One section of my fence and gate has fallen down. The section of the fence that needs to be fixed is 5400mm. Two posts need to be replaced and two of the back rails need replacing and the pickets are fine, one needs to be replaced. Gate needs to be reattached. 😀
