I am writing to request a quote for fencing works at our property, as outlined below. - The back fence of our house also forms the rear boundary of a garden bed and backs onto a laneway. - Over time, soil pressure from the garden bed has caused the fence to protrude at the base, and ongoing exposure to damp soil has led to sections of rot. - This issue is evident in the images provided. - The affected fence is approx. 5 metres in length. - We are seeking works to strengthen this fence, potentially through a form of retaining solution, and to reduce the likelihood of further rot occurring in the future.

A custom made chunky paling timber fence has a slight lean and needs some anchor posts or galvanised pipe rods installed to correct the lean. One paling needs replacing

My fence is leaning into a public lane so it needs urgent repair. The fence is about 14m. Inside the fence is a concrete wall. Please let me know if you can repair the fence. Thanks!

Remove remaining brick retaining wall. Replace two rotten fence posts (all concrete for footings needs to be below ground level). Build sleeper retaining wall along back fence approx. 500mm high. Fence is approx. 6 metres long. Noting to replace the fence posts there is still a little bit of a stump and concrete along the back which you can see in the photos which will need to be removed to enable fence to be at ground level. I also require the remaining ground area to be rebricked so please specify whether that is also something you are also able to do. I am happy for that task to be done by a brickie separately if needed. Materials need to be supplied by tasker. - Due date: Before Monday, 24 July 2023
