I’m looking for someone to repair a section of fencing where three properties meet. The fence has become disconnected at a T-intersection on the boundary between our property and two neighbours. The job involves reconnection and reinforcing the join - potentially using brackets or another secure method. All three neighbours are happy to provide access from their side of the fence on Friday in Glen Iris. Photos are from two sides of the fence.

1. Replace 4 broken/damaged timber fence palings. Pailings are provided, but needs to be cut to match existing fence paling. Where pailings are cut, touch up painting of exposed timber is required. Paint is provided. 2. Reattach around 4 loose fence paling to frame. 3. Add screws to door hinges. 12 screws per door. 15 doors in total. Screws are provided.

You’d probably need to come and see to quote correct price. Need to repair the fence at rear of unit which will include replacing a rail and a few panels. Approx 7.5 meters of railing to replace and 12-15 panels. Also need a part of facia (think that’s what it’s called) of roof cut out and replaced. Thanks Mark

One post in the carport is rotten and needs to be replaced. The two corner angle supports also need to be replaced. The lumber should be pressure treated to avoid future issues. Post and supports need to be painted to match the existing structure. All rubbish needs to be disposed of afterwards. Please quote for labour only. Our corrugated fence has come off on one side and needs to be fixed up. The bottom railing has rotten and needs to be replaced, the other two might require replacing as well. Our existing wooden fence needs two new uprights and two to be reset. The fence height from ground level is approximately 2.1m. We had our house and garage demolished and the garage provided support to the fence. The lack of support has caused the fence to tilt. The palings are in good condition. Fix an old pool gate so it swings shut on its own

Wrought iron gate is getting stuck making opening it difficult. Presume it is sagging on the hinge a little causing the gap to narrow between the gate and beam on fence
