We need some help finishing the exterior painting of our rendered brick house.

I need the upper level timber cladding coated in oil ( oil and scaffold in place ready to go). I’ve done the long side myself in 4hrs ( 2 coats) so this should be about the same time - shorter but need to move scaffold. ( I’m not comfortable working on the scaffold- you would need to be accustomed to this) and would best suit tall painter! Applied by wool applicator on pole. Experienced handymen/ painters only. Must have insurance

The exterior timber cladding feature at the house front is getting degraded due to weather and is delaminating and warping. Need to assess and fix or replace and paint proof

Paint Internal 3x1 home. Same wall colour to be used on walls and ceiling and there is currently no skirting installed yet to have to cut in around or paint either. So would like this taken into consideration when quoting. Also painting door frames and doors in gloss paint. And 2 external brick walls. Can visit house to provide confirm quote.

Rate is per day $350 We supply the paint Interior painting needs finishing that’s incomplete . Day rate to start job ! There are walls to finish , a kitchen , hallway surrounding walks some high walls and doors and door frames . There are also bathroom tiles to paint . Must be reliable and clean and tidy !

Extra help required to paint the exterior of our house. House is a small, single story, 2 x 1, with weatherboard cladding facade. All materials will be provided. Will pay $50 an hour until the job is finished.

I require professional repairs on my outdoor walls, which include addressing several deeper cracks and chipped areas. Additionally, I would like all ten existing window frames to have angle plaster trims installed. I am looking for a certified painter to repaint all internal walls and ceilings of my house that has an internal area of 118sqms. The property is currently vacant. A floor plan is attached for reference. Scope of work should include: Inside: - Preparation of all surfaces prior to painting, e.g. patching , sanding , gaping etc. - Painting of all walls with two coats of Dulux Professional matt / low sheen (colour: off-white). - Painting of all ceilings Dulux flat ceilings (colour: white). - Painting of all doors, door frames one coat of primer undercoat and one top coat of Dulux gloss enamel. - Drop sheets are not required for the floors as existing flooring (including carpets) will be replaced after the paint job. This should have some time savings to keep the cost down. Outside: - Painting of eaves and carport ceiling two top coats of Dulux flat ceilings white. - Two damages, one in the eaves and one in carport ceiling (see photos), are to be repair prior to paint. - Painting of gutters / facia / down pipes two coats of Dulux weathershield semi gloss. (colour: like for like) Photos are to be provided upon completion of the job.

Sand, undercoat and paint two exterior staircases including the balustrade. The paint will be supplied by the owner.
