Find a local events coordinator in WA

Hey Basically it’s my 30th in December and I have two hours prior to the event to set up (3-5pm). Saturday 6th December. In this time I am wanting someone to set up tables, decorations, platters etc so that I don’t have to be there to do it. And clean up at the end of the event. Someone will be there to let you in and provide you with the decorations and food etc. Is this something you offer if we had a meeting beforehand to plan my vision and what would your price be? Approximately 3 hours on the day and 1 hour for a meeting to hash out details.

80th birthday party. 2 wait persons to assemble platters, serve and some clean up. 4 hours from 4:30 pm (could extend slightly if needed ). $30 per person per hour

Need a couple of cleaners to clean a venue after an event. This may also include helping with moving tables, chairs after the event. Clean Toilet, sweep and mope hall. Help wherever required but mostly will be 1-2 hours of Cleaning from 10 PM to 12 PM. The event finish at 11:00 PM but cleaning on the go can be started from 10:00 PM.

My son is turning 1 and we have a birthday party at a play group centre between 9.30am-12.30pm. I would like someone for 2 hour (11-1pm) to come and help clean the venue towards the end of the party. This would include dishes washing, vacuuming, mopping, throwing left over food and rubbish out, help putting away toys and packing stuff for us to take home. We also want to do messy play so there will be clean up with the rice and maybe jelly. Would prefer someone with a WWCC.

Setup a basketball event at Morley Sport and Recreation Centre. Will pay an hrly cash rate. Likely 4 hrs

I’m having a party at a venue with 70 people attending, and need the venue cleaned once it’s over.

Assisting with heating food, serving, clearing/tidying.

Clean up of materials after kids art class. All trays require clearing of food based items in green bin. All materials outside and require hosing down. Small items require washing with soap.

We’re looking for reliable and efficient cleaners to help clean a hall after our event. The event will have approximately 120 people. We have until 1am to evacuate the premise. Please refer to checklist provided by the hall for reference as to see what will be required.

Needs a service asap smells burning when I turn it on so it probably needs cleaning too

Assist with setup for NBL1 game night. Setup courtside banners, chairs, bar and scorebench. 2 Hours before game and 2 hours at the end of the night. Would suit someone who lives locally.

We have events in the community center we need to do cleaning after party two sprite places in the same building for three hours. After 9:00 pm to 11:00 prefer women and you provide the product. The place is in community center not in house.
