Hello, we're hosting an Amazing Race style event. We need an enthusiastic FOODIE with event experience. You'll be hosting a Blind Taste test with Aussie foods. The event runs on Monday 19th October from 7am. You need to wear all white. We'll give you a chef hat. Seeking bright bubbly energy, but you must be organised and have event experience. Need you from 8.30am -1pm. We'll do a video call briefing before the day too. Thanks!

It is for a 21st birthday, venue is BYO and catering we are doing ourselves, but need help. * Heat up finger food (party pies/sausage rolls etc) * Check on platters around the room *Serving finger food to guests * Mid evening pizzas will be arriving *Tidy as the night goes, we are using paper plates and cups) *Tidy at the end of the night Generally keeping a sharp eye on the night to do with food/drink and keeping everyone happy. I twill be a great atmosphere. About 70 guests, starting at 6.30pm... For an experienced person, only one should be fine, many thanks.

 • Assisting with layout marking (holding tape, placing markers) • Helping set up gazebos (3x3), tables and chairs • General setup (bins, signage, small items) You’ll be working alongside an experienced crew member who will be handling the setup. Requirements: • Punctual (must arrive by 5:30am) • Comfortable with physical work • Able to follow instructions

Looking for 1 experienced event crew / labourer for outdoor market setup at Wellington Square (Perth) Date: Sunday 19 April Time:
• 6:00am – 11:00am (setup + layout marking)
 and • 5:00pm – 7:00pm (pack down) Tasks include:
• Assisting with marking out vendor layout using a site map (measuring distances approx. 46m x 64m) exact map will be provided ahead of time.
• Setting up ~5 gazebos (3x3m), tables and chairs
• Assisting with lifting speakers onto tripods
• Moving bins and signage (including teardrop flags with weighted bases)
• General event setup and pack down Requirements:
• Physically strong and able to lift heavier items
• Reliable and punctual (must arrive on time for 6am start)
• Comfortable using a measuring tape and following a layout plan
• Previous event setup / labouring experience preferred Please confirm in your reply:
• Your experience with event setup or similar work
• That you are available for both shifts
• That you can arrive at Wellington Square by 6:00am on Sunday 19th April

Event cleaner required for lgbtiq+ country western dance on 2nd September. Main duties include toilet cleaning and rubbish collection. Shift is 7pm to 1am. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 2 September 2023
