Treadmill in shed keeps tripping breaker. Not sure if the belt is too tight for motor and placing to much load on motor or some other problem

So I’ve owned this ps5 for about two years and up until recently it’s been fine but at the moment the hdmi input won’t connect to my tv and I’ve tried different cords, a different tv and even tried the cords on my old consoles to make sure they work (which they did) and it’s never happened to me before so I wouldn’t know how or where to go to get this fixed

We have 2 x palms and 7 x yuccas that were lopped / chopped down almost 12 months ago. The stumps were poisoned and we were told to leave them for about minimum of 9 months before having them ground / removed. The yuccas have been sprouting again during the last couple of months. The palms and 5 of the yucca stumps are in a raised bed which is open on one side (used to be a fence there - since removed). Along the boundary fence are a two larger yucca stumps - need to be careful not to damage an above ground PVC rainwater pipe. We’re looking to get all of the stumps ground /removed to ground level. In future we’re planning to reduce the size of the raised bed so this might determine how those stumps need to be removed. Task Description: 1. Remove three tree stumps by digging them out (no need to haul them away). 2. Clear away small branches (I will cut the larger branches into smaller pieces soon).
