A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Plasterboard ceiling has collapsed. Remove the plasterboard, screw a length or two of timber to ceiling joists of any remaining area and dispose of it at the tip. Someone comfortable on a roof to have a quick check over on top too (pretty sure it’s just adhesive related though) Electrical is capped off and safe already.
