I have a resin photo frame with my baby’s preserved umbilical cord embedded inside. I’m looking for someone experienced with resin, acrylic, or precision cutting who can carefully cut around the umbilical cord and remove it without damaging the cord itself. The photo frame does not need to be repaired afterwards. My only goal is to safely extract the umbilical cord.

I have the exact paint needed and I require an experienced painter to paint a few spots on a wall i have the correct paint and brush just need someone to properly hide these chips on the wall caused due to hooks.

I am looking for an experienced gardener, landscaper or stump grinding specialist to remove 3 large bush stumps from my front garden bed in Mosman. I have already removed approximately 90% of the vegetation, so the remaining work is primarily stump and root removal. The objective is to prepare the garden bed for immediate replanting. Scope of Works * Grind all 3 bush stumps below ground level (minimum 20-30cm where possible). * Remove any remaining substantial stump/root material that would prevent immediate replanting. * Remove and dispose of all stump material and green waste generated from the job. * Backfill and level the garden bed once completed. * Leave the area clean and suitable for immediate landscaping/replanting. Important Information * The stumps have substantial roots remaining. * There is a large mature tree located behind the brick fence, therefore care must be taken not to damage any neighbouring tree roots unless they clearly belong to the stumps being removed. * Please bring all required tools and equipment, including a suitable stump grinder. * There is no requirement to remove every root extending metres away from the stumps if they do not interfere with immediate replanting. Successful Completion Means * All 3 stumps have been removed below ground level. * The garden bed is substantially clear of stump material and suitable for immediate replanting. * No protruding stumps remain. * All green waste and stump material have been removed from site. * The garden bed has been levelled and left neat and tidy. Remove stumps and roots of multiple trees in the back yard.

I have four tree / shrub stumps in my front yard. I would like to remove them so I can regarden / redo the front yard. There are two small stumps [#1 & #3]. One medium stump from a succulent bush [#2] - this one is close to the water meter so might need some extra care. And one medium stump from a short tree [#4] - this one is close to the front porch. Photos attached. Sorry about the one for the tree, there's a bit of grass around that one (that I really need to cut!) but diameter is about 10~15cm. Obviously would appreciate someone who's done this a few times so they know how to minimise impact on the front yard. And to work around services.

Door closes then pops open not sure if need new tongue or adjusting

2 leaking taps that need to be fixed. They leak at the bottom of the handle when in a particular position.

I have 4 old Sonos Amps which need to be disconnected, and then connect up 3 new Sonos Amps. For one of the new amps, it will be going to the wires where one has already been disconnected. All speakers are in ceiling/behind vents and all work, so just need Amp’s swapped. Thanks!

Remove & Trash IKEA Items: Drawers, Two 2-Meter Countertops, Table & Chair

There are two stems to be removed, please find attached photos. Its very small and not too big.

I need some new taps installed in the bathroom. A plumber has already replaced the pipe and got it ready but the taps I bought had a fault. Should be very straight forward.

My car is parked on the Kingsway at Caringbah.It is parked on the hill on the side travelling towards Cronulla.About 50 metres down from Caringbah station.So it's in a difficult position for a jump start.Yet this is what I need as I have a flat battery.Can anyone assist me to get my car started?

Both my GHD Platinum+ and GHD Max straighteners are flashing red and no longer heat up. The warranties have expired. Could you please advise whether these models are repairable and provide an estimate for diagnosis or repair?

Looking for a qualified electrician to install: * 3 bathroom ceiling exhaust fans ( supplied) * 2 bathroom heat lamps/heater units ( supplied ) Additionally, I would like the fan and heater functions to operate independently. This will require installing separate switches so the exhaust fan can be turned on and off separately from the heat lamp/heater in each bathroom. Please provide a quote including labour and any additional materials required. Experience with bathroom electrical installations is preferred.
