Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced and reliable to help with some garden removal work at my home in Narre Warren. Work required: * Photos 3 & 4: Remove the existing stump completely, including as much of the root system as reasonably possible. * Photos 1 & 2: Remove the pictured plants/shrubs completely, including their stumps/root bases. * Leave the garden beds reasonably level, tidy and ready for future landscaping/planting. * Care to be taken around the existing garden edging, retaining blocks, irrigation and surrounding areas. I have a green waste bin available, which can be used for as much of the garden waste as possible. Any excess waste that does not fit in the bin will need to be removed and disposed of by the Airtasker. Please bring all necessary tools/equipment required to complete the job properly. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, honest, reasonably priced and experienced with this type of work. There is potentially quite a bit of additional gardening/landscaping work around the property after this job, which I’d be happy to discuss separately with the right person. When making an offer, please confirm that your price includes full removal, cleanup and disposal of excess green waste, and let me know if you use a stump grinder or another method for removing the stumps. Needing a circuit board replaced for a Proform 2000 Treadmill

Upstairs window glass is cracked needs replacement plus few of the window beams are rotted.

I want replace dual hot and cold water taps (2 wash basins - master and common)

I have 2x sets of bathroom basin taps and 2x sets of shower taps that needs fixing. Faucets are still dripping despite taps closed tightly.

My shower keeps dripping from the head even when both taps are turned off. • I have already replaced the hot water washer, but the leak continues. • The hot water spindle looks newer/different (replaced at some point before), but the cold water spindle seems old and possibly stuck/glued in place. • When opening the hot side, I noticed some rubber band–like material around the spring. • If required, I’m also fine with replacing the whole spindle or tap — just let me know first. I’ll buy them.
