Remove tree stumps out of my backyard

Samsung SRF719DLS fridge is reverting to 13–14 °C and won’t hold a normal setpoint. Freezer is running. Fans and compressor ok. I suspect a fridge thermistor/control input fault.

Need 2x shower mixers changed over and 1x set of bath taps changed

We need to remove existing basin tap set and install a new 3-piece set. Work required: • Remove old hot/cold taps and spout • Install new set • Replace the old copper tails with flexi hoses (I have already purchased the flexi hoses) • Connect everything, seal properly, and check for leaks • Access is standard under-sink vanity

Need several small palm stumps and roots removed from my garden bed (see photo). The palms have already been cut down — just need the stumps dug out or ground down so the area can be leveled and covered with mulch afterward.

Replacing 4x identical bathroom basins and mixer taps with 4x new identical basin and mixer taps

Kitchen taps, 2x vanity, 2x shower and 1x bath set of taps need to be replaced (with current syle or similar) and water connection to wall of 2x toilets need to be tightened/washer replaced due to small leak. Fly screen mesh to doors and windows need to be replaced and upgraded to a product slightly more durable/thicker. 2x down pipe connections need to be replaced due to wear and tear from lawn mowing

Remove 13 stumps, including roots if doable. Please see photos.

Needs to be cut onsite, due to the soft natural stone tops. We have 2 sinks approx 400 x 400. The two kitchen tops need the sink hole to be measured and cut onsite, and 2 tap holes. There is a splashback we neet to cut a hole for a electric switch. Stone is not instaled yet, but we can lift in place when you are here (have labour) NOTE: Images show the old stone which crumbled as it was cut prior. We will move new stone to place and get it cut onsite instead of moving it.
