We have a new free standing vanity that we would like to be put in here. We have a new sink and taps too. And a mirror. We need someone who can install this all for us and ideally take away the old stuff. There is one extra job required as part of this which will include building a timber kicker for beneath the vanity so that it fits perfectly in this space. We are not retiling as the current tiles are fine

Original 1960s style shower with new shower head and taps. Taps and head leaking constantly after use, weak water pressure. Suspect needs new washers.

Relocate laundry taps below benchtop to accommodate new cabinets. Taps are on an asbestos wall board which will need to be removed,disposed and replaced. Board is approx 1.5x1m.

I need to run 2 Ethernet cables from upstairs rumpus/loft room on existing keystone jack coupler wall plate to downstairs study and living room. For these cables, need to install in total 2 keystone wall plates in the study and living room. No crimping required. Also check new 7m coaxial cable already laid upstairs so can reposition nbn router. Roof space is accessible by door from rumpus/loft. Pictures attached.
