I have 24 solar panels installed around 2013 the system has a 5 klw inverter which was replaced around 8 years ago. for the last two quarters my power bills have been very high. the panels appear to be in good order and they are clean. The KLW output is only around half of what it should be. The inverter never reads higher than 2500klw, but previously in the sumer months it would normally be well over 4000klw output. The job I need performed is for someone to test the system and give me a writen report of what the problem is. I have a good ladder for access to the top of our shed roof.
Izacs task was, to test my solar system and supply a report of the problem. He did a test, & I said that I would be forwarding his report to Origin energy. He said he would email me the report & requested early payment, which I did. He never sent the report. I complained to airtasker, & he sent them a fake screenshot saying that I had received the report, which is false. I suspect Izac does not have the qualifications to work on solar.

Showed up on time. Found issues with wiring and rectified these. Had to return the following day to complete the job although some circuits were left without power until the next day.
