Old oven and stove top removed and replaced (have the replacement oven and stove top ready to go) Old Range hood removed new one installed would either need this supplied or advice on which one would be suitable and happy to purchase. Aircon installed into upstairs bedroom (have the unit already) Old aircon removed from downstairs and new one to go in (have the unit already) Couple of dodgy switches replaced. We are in a townhouse so aircon placement needs to go through body corp for approval so you will need to be familiar with the process please. Require an Electrician to complete a few jobs on new property. Main jobs - fix light switch (wire loose) - Replace 2 GPOs fittings in Kitchen - Replace 2 Ceiling fans in Living Room. - change screws in DB board (screw has gone through wall inside house and sitting in the plaster) GPOs and Fans will be provided ready for installation.

Remove old fans, then replace two ceiling fans in the same position. Fans need to be assembled. One has a built in light, one does not. Both use remotes but will require wiring to an existing wall switch. Wanting the job done ASAP. thanks in advance.
