I need help with an electrical panel that keeps cutting out the power. The breaker in the panel keeps tripping and shutting off the electricity. I need a licensed electrician to diagnose the cause and fix the issue.

I have an LG ABUW606LTAO air conditioning unit that stopped working and comes up with the error code CH 46 . I think it needs a part EBG61107115 installing and I'd also like the refrigerant level checked and topped up if necessary . One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off.
