Electrical + Floating Benchtop Job – Ellenbrook Looking for a licensed electrician to complete 3 small jobs in my apartment. Please refer to attached floor plan and reference image. 1. Bedroom 1 – Flickering light Inspect a bedroom light that keeps flickering, identify the cause and repair as required. Check fitting, switch and wiring/connections as necessary. 2. Bedroom 2 – Faulty double power socket Inspect the double power socket marked “Faulty Socket” on the plan. It has been short-circuiting / appears unsafe. Diagnose and repair or replace as required, then test and confirm the circuit is safe. 3. Kitchen – Floating benchtop + power point Install a simple white floating benchtop/shelf approx. 900mm W × 200mm D, at the same height as the existing kitchen countertop. No cabinetry underneath. Install one new double power socket (2 outlets total) above the benchtop, as shown in the reference image. Electrician can either supply the benchtop, brackets/fixings and materials, or recommend exactly what I should purchase beforehand. Shelf must be secure enough for an air fryer, kettle, blender and router. Please quote for the complete job including labour, standard materials, testing and call-out.

I’m trying to get a few PowerPoints/light switches sorted while the wall lining is exposed, before we need to cover it up for the tiler. If I can: • Swap out a front porch light — same location, old for new • Swap a bathroom PowerPoint — same location, old for new • Move a light switch from the door frame onto the adjoining wall • Move one PowerPoint and, if possible, extend it to create a second PowerPoint under a laundry cabinet • Check whether an existing PowerPoint on the laundry wall can be activated/connected while the wall lining is off Ideally looking for someone available tomorrow who can knock it over while everything is accessible. There is an electrical plug near to the toilet floor. Need this to be moved up and connected to a RCD plug. Not sure of the price. If they can be a team to fix the tile it will be perfect and extra will be paid.

Dryer cord got very hot and damaged outlet, needs replaced or at least checked. Dryer also needs tested to see if that was the issue. I work during business hours, can only meet after 5pm or weekends
