Please i need repair for cieling fan in kitchen area and someone to to check the clothes washing machine

I need a socket for a wall mount TV, a few sockets replaced in the kitchen and the main light replaced in the kitchen.

ELECTRICAL WORKS INCLUDE, (A) REMOVING AND INSTALLING A NEW KITCHEN EXHAUST UNIT (B) REMOVING AND INSTALLING OLD CFL LIGHTS TO NEW LED LIGHTS(APPROX 25 LIGHTS) (c) Removing and refitting of new Approx 3 switch boards of 4- 6 Gangs (d) refitting a kitchen pendant and hanging lamps (c) removing and refitting 2 ceiling fans (d) checking of fire alram system, for erratic /false alarm triggering's.

I have 3 lights that need to go in the outside alfresco. A photo of the light (black box)and outside roof where the lights need to go is attached. 1 light that needs to go inside the house on top of a mirror. Photo attached 2 fire alarms need replacement.

The capacitor on our ceiling fan in our master bedroom isn’t working. I bought a new capacitor from Bunnings but need an electrician to install/fix it.

Starter relay fuse keeps blowing even after replacing but the problem is not the starter. Bike turned off during riding. Bike is already pulled apart.

Additional Info: • No visible reset button or thermostat near the plumbing. • I’m unsure where the main heating unit is located. 1. Air Conditioner in master bedroom upstairs is leaking blue liquid all down the walls. It has hardly any cold air coming out and compressor is struggling to run as almost no gas pressure is left in it. Blue leak is due to refrigerant leaking and dye in refrigerant mixed with condensate is creating blue condensate leak. Leak in gas pipe needs fixing, filling the system back to appropriate gas . 2. Air Conditioner in the living area downstairs is not working - the outdoor fan motor makes a loud banging noise when turned on. It has failed compressor and worn out fan. It may need a new Aircon. After an electrician to install 2xdouble in the master be room. 1 power point on the wall as. It will sit behind a TV.  I have already installed the TV arial through the wall cavity and into the celling so there is a hole to feed cable through if appropriate but understand there may be other requirements etc for you to do this yourself.  Second power point to be installed in the wall in robe - where the man hole is. The fan switch started being intermittently temperamental (had to flick it multiple times to make it work) a few weeks back and then this week it stopped turning on all together. When flicking it tonight the light switched on and the switch fell into the wall. The light is permanently on and fan is not working at all.
