A couple of light down lights causing short circuit. Need to fix and have bulbs ready to replace.

We have 4 x bedrooms which currently have fan/light combination. The wiring and wall plate for the fan and light are currently seperate. I need 2 x downlights installed in each bedroom (8 in total). I will remove the cover off the fans in each room, cut out the holes in the ceilings ready to drop in the downlights and supply the downlights.

New power point installed along with new wiring etc. in living room for new reclining lounge chair, and also an outside power point to be replaced as old one is currently damaged.

Only the power points are not working — the lights are working fine. There is a circuit breaker / switch in the power box that keeps flicking off, and when turned back on, it trips immediately again. The affected areas include: Kitchen (power points) Lounge (power points) Garage (power points – chest freezer located here) End room (power points) There is a fridge and a chest freezer with food inside.
