Hello, I need a handyman to assist with various small jobs, including in patching up water damage marks in my house. The water damage itself has been solved and there are no leaks. However, the marks are still present and need to be patched up as I am selling the property. There are 4 surfaces to be painted over. (Pictures attached) One is a medium sized patch on the ceiling next to a light that has mould which needs to be removed and patched/sealed. One is a large patch on the ceiling of the garage. One is a small patch under the sink and one is a medium patch outside under the gutter of the roof. There is also some mould present so that will need to be removed before painting over. There is also a light that is on the ceiling of a bedroom and is hanging out of the socket that needs to be popped back in and will require a ladder. Also there is a electrical outlet that has popped out of the socket that also requires being put back in. Thank you!

Electritian needes to connect the granny flat to the main house power supply. The granny flat has a fuse box /mains unit that controls all the power for the granny flat with a safety switch and all the wires have been laid (just not been connected) 4 light switches, 1 ceiling fan and 6 power points to be connected to a fuse box or little box that controls the granny flats power supply (not sure what this is called) and than this fuse box to be connected to the main house power box (wire in place also just needs connecting)

Install 2 ceiling fans and supply and 4 PowerPoints . Have ceiling fans already
