The Issue: The rotary dimmer knob in our main optometry room has broken off. The entire dimmer mechanism and its associated wiring have now fallen back inside the wall cavity. This is a significant electrical hazard and a major operational problem, as our optometrists cannot adjust the lighting for eye examinations. The lights are stuck at half brightness.
