Someone to install an IXL at my rental property

Description: Looking for a licensed electrician to complete multiple jobs in my home, including fan repairs, switch upgrades, extra lights, power points, and AC servicing. Tasks Required: 1. Repair master bedroom fan (cable broken). Note: I have a spare fan available if the existing fan cannot be fixed. 2. Inspect and fix bedroom fan noise issue at low speed or when turning off. Note: The spare fan can be used here as well if needed. 3. Replace two existing light switches with WiFi-enabled switches. Note: I can supply the WiFi switches. 4. Install extra lights at the back and side of the house. 5. Service the air conditioner system. 6. Install extra power points in the bedroom. 7. Install extra light switch in hall connected to existing hall light. Requirements: Licensed electrician Own tools and materials (unless otherwise agreed) Able to provide quote before starting

Looking at getting 4 downlights installed in my lounge room with a dimmer switch as well as a power point installed outside for a sauna Sauna is a standard power point Single story unit

Assist myself at work as an electrician Experience as a security / data technician / electrician would be ideal. Knowing how to do simple tasks such as running cabling , cutting holes , mounting electrical equipment

Looking at a quote for multiple electrical works to be performed at our house - Existing x3 LED Downlights in kitchen to be changed to dimmer - 4x lights to be installed in outside pergola - 1x fan to be supplied and installed in outside pergola - carport to have a couple of LED lights installed - 2x existing pendant light fittings to be changed over to updated design - 2x pendant lights to be installed in main bedroom from ceiling this is not existing - 2x fans upgraded in main bedroom and second bedroom we do have working ones but they are very inefficient - wall TV to be adjusted and put back on Possibly other work too

The porch light at my rental is not working and appears to be damaged. Unfortunately I don’t have photos but there isn’t much to see apart from damage on the rim of the plastic light fixture.

2x large wooden framed mirrors professionaly hung up on different walls...the person must supply the wall hooks for the mirrors. The walls are steel frame, so the person may need a stud finder....I have 3x IKEA floating shelves that needs to be hung...the person will need to supply me with the right screws. - Due date: Before Saturday, 18th Dec 2021
