I had an electrical inspection done recently and following are the items that needs to be fixed: -Main earth stake needs permanent main earth tag. (Supply and install main earth tag). -No fire sealant in main switchboard at cable entry points. (Supply and install fire sealant). -Single switch in master bedroom switches loosely and doesn’t have two fixed position. (Supply and replace single switch). -Laundry GPO is broken around fixing points and hanging off wall on the wire giving access to live parts. (Supply and replace GPO). -Existing AC GPO circuit is only protected by circuit breaker at main switchboard. (Install RCBO onto existing AC circuit to meet 29 March 2023 regulations).
