You'll also need a ladder to use the access point in the roof. While you're here, 3 doors could use some realignment. Once the alignments are done i'd like you to move the door stopper from front door to the toilet room, and install 3 door holders on the front door and both bedroom doors. Warning screws have copped the landlord special, painted over screws in the door hinges etc I have no idea how much to offer for this. Send me quotes. I will want to see your electrician license for insurance purposes. As far as I know there is no asbestos. I have the door holders but i don't have the power point cover plates. Cooktop isolation switch already exisint 3. Install a new 10A plugin oven (max power 2.1kW) to the same 32A cooktop circuit. Jbox already behind the wall. Or, 4. Tie into the 10A GPO nearby but will need to be re-routed Cabinetry and benchtop will be cut to size - no cabinetry work required. My understanding as per the wiring rule both cooktop and oven can run on a same 32A circuit but pls confirm.
