We have around a 20 year C-bus. The light switches have stopped turning on and off reliably. We have to press them repeatedly to get them to work and even then some of them won’t turn on or won’t turn off. Must have C-bus certification. As soon as possible please as we don’t really have lighting at the moment.

Recently a tree removed and few small branches and leaves fell on the patio roof and also untied the traps tied to trees and it moved when retied - don’t need adjusting and tied back and remove only small branches chase and basic clean if nessary - but don’t need through clean as it’s for demolishing in few months time . As you can see in the photos, the work is at height and a tall ladder will be required. The goal is to ensure the area is fully weatherproof and watertight. Removing roots of bamboo stumps

The upstairs rear covered patio is tiled and situated directly above a small office room. During heavy rain, water seeps through and affects the plaster ceiling of the room below. We’re looking for someone to help repair this specific area, ideally in a cost-effective manner. The pictured roof is the office gyprock roof underneath the patio.

2 golden canes and 1 fan palm to be removed and their stumps ground. There are also 2 additional smaller stumps to be ground and as many roots left from the palm trees as possible. All debris to be taken away and area left clean and tidy.

I have an old laundry sink that needs to be replaced in addition to a set of taps. I’d also like to replace the washing machine taps.
