I recently bought 2 pendant lights and needed installation to be done. Empire 12 light large pendant - to be installed in living room - new installation Orian 6 light close to ceiling lights - to be installed in kitchen area - replace existing middle downlight In addition to pendant lights installation, I have 2 additional items to be inspected: 1. I have also attached a photo of ceiling light on the stairs which isn't working. Wanted to get that checked and replaced, if issue with the bulb. 2. Ceiling fan in 4 rooms aren't running quick enough. Possibly capacitor issue. Wanted to get it checked as well. Photo attached. Please review and advise a quote for above works.

Hi there Just needing to decommission some cables and a powerpoint from a wall, install a new powerpoint some new downlights and an external powerpoint. all in the same area (see attached rough sketch up). In the wall in questions there's a power switch and some excess cables. There's some cabling in the wall where I wish to relocate the powerpoint that powers some stair landing lights. There's a switch panel in the wall furthest away that's a bit of a mess (a switch doesn't do anything despite it being wired) from previous owners. Job location is North Lakes
