Hi, we are doing a small kitchen renovation in a 2-bedroom unit in Elizabeth Vale. The property has natural gas so we have purchased a gas oven & cooktop but the oven has a 10amp cable requiring a power source. We have a powerpoint in the kitchen (behind the sink) but need it to be fed closer to the oven. The property is double brick so if this is too complicated, we can feed it up to where the exhaust fan vent is. We also need two new powerpoints installed. I have 4 existing external coach lights on the front wall of a single story brick house. I want all 4 replaced with the exact same brand of coach lights. No wiring required, just unscrew from wall, disconnect wiring, connect (retire) new light and bolt on wall with existing screws as they are the same brand. No cabling or drilling required. Replacing because the sensors have become brittle over the years and cracked and not coming on at night. The point at the top of the lights screws in and will be replaced by a rubber stopper as they touch the roof and make the light too low.
