Hi I have a warehouse in mermaid beach my disco ball has just stopped spinning I can here it ticking over but it's not moving... you will need a ladder as it's hung high. May just need to be switched on and off at mortor? Really not sure as it's never happened before it's brand new and was working fine until this morning.

Require to replace 3 ceiling fans 1 in living room 1 master bedroom 1 spare bedroom 6 ceiling lights 1 entry 1 kitchen 1 living room 1 hall way 1 2nd bathroom 1 ensuite- replacing light with 3in1 exhaust fan

Need a licensed electrician to replace these 2 power points and also Provide a certificate from a licensed electrician that shows the electrical system within the premises complies with Australian Standards and is safe to use.

A qualified electrician has already installed 3 shelly light relay switches linked to our wifi so that we can control the light switch remotely. Note - they are already installed. Unfortunately I cannot get the simple system to work. I need a qualified person that knows this system to trouble shoot to get them working for me remotely on my phone.

I will supply all materials (fans, lights, GPO's). Electrician wanted to: 1. Install 3 ceiling fans with wall controllers in the bedroom, living and dining. The old fans have been removed for painting so we need to replace them. New fans come with new wall controllers (see pic). 2. Remove 5 existing lights and replace them with 5 new LED oysters - bedroom, toilet, passage, balcony and bathroom. 3. Remove 6 existing GPO's and replace them with 6 new 4-gang GPO's in bedrooms and living room. 4. Supply 2 single switches: - replace existing double switch with single switch (one switch doesn't seem connected) - replace existing light switch and dimmer with single switch (get rid of dimmer) Job is in a unit with timber stud and gyprock walls/ceiling on the 2nd level (top level) of a walk up block of 6 units. ** NOTE this is for your hourly rate to reduce f.e.es and I will pay you for the hours worked or you can offer a job rate. I will supply all materials (fans, lights, GPO's).

I would like to remove a wall sconce (lighting fixture) and replace it with another one I have purchased. I need an electrician who can do this for me. It should be a relatively quick job.

I need a double power point replaced because the switches have cracked. I will supply the replacement power point. Would like the job to be done between 8am-10am. Please state what time you could come. Licensed electrician only. Will need a tax invoice for the job. Cheers.
