Chasing an electrician to work on hourly rate at my apartment. Recently purchased my unit and just need some re-wiring, new lights and fans, an electric fireplace and 2x chandeliers installed. Plus a switchboard upgrade. All lights, fans, fireplace, chandeliers, pp and light switches are onsite.

Bought an apartment in Main Beach and doing an owner builder renovation. Chasing a licenced electrician who is happy to do work in a highrise building. Includes new wiring, lights, moving switches and powerpoints, possible upgrade of the switchboard if necessary (might need a whole new one, you can tell me), new hot water system and new spa hooked up. I have just moved into a place and the Phone Line in / DSL socket for my internet is broken - see images. Looks like the Black and red wires were connected previously. I was after someone to reconnect the RJ11/12 socket so i can plug in my RJ11/12 cord from the socket to my modem so i can get my DSL internet connected. Connect an outdoor LED light to a PowerPoint

It had a power point directly on the other side of the wall so very easy. Need an antenna point as well for free to air.

I need an electrical point installed with an antennae point to allow free to air. There is a joining point on the other side of the wall so easy install. And I need the tv hung up please.

I have various tasks. old gas hot plates taken out and new electric ones put in various lights when turned on are blowing out the power Power switch double put in for washing machine and dryer thicker cable put in to handle the new washing machine and dryer thicker

Remove existing cable & refit oyster light fitting to balcony ceiling

Replace oyster light with ceiling fan in lounge room. Ceiling is cement. Fan is remote controlled - see photo. Replace 5 other oyster lights with new oysters and one spot light - all in photos. Install Westinghouse oven in existing cabinet space.

FTTN NBN connection requires a phone socket. The unit was renovated before we purchased it and has no phone socket to plug in the modem at the moment. We would like to receive a quote for installation of a phone socket so we can use NBN asap. There is a FHC connection installed but only FTTN available to the building.
