We have a customer who requires their solar battery to be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. The battery is an Alpha ESS SMILE-B3-PLUS and it will be a straightforward, like-for-like replacement. Experience working with batteries is preferred but not essential. The battery module is around 60kg, 640x725mm and 250mm deep. While on site, you would need to remove the faulty unit, install the replacement unit using the existing mounting bracket and then connect the new battery to the customer's local Wi-Fi network. This work requires a non-prescribed CES. We will also require photos of the new battery and serial number. Once removed, the faulty unit would need to be packed up for return to the product manufacturer. We can offer additional rates if the pickup of this unit can be completed from your own site (i.e., if the unit can be brought back to your address and will then be picked up by a courier the following day).
