Looking for a licensed electrician to replace an existing HPM bathroom heat, exhaust and light unit in our apartment. The light/heat functions of the existing unit are working, however the exhaust fan is no longer functional. We have already purchased a replacement HPM 3-in-1 Heat, Exhaust & Light Unit, so installation is all that is required. The existing unit will need to be removed and the replacement fitted and connected. There is a ceiling access/manhole in the hallway immediately outside the bathroom, which can be used if access to the ceiling cavity is required. Looking for someone to: * Remove the existing unit * Install and connect the replacement unit * Access the ceiling cavity if required * Test the exhaust fan, light and heat functions once installed Open to reasonable offers depending on what is required.
