Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from a qualified and licensed WA Electrician to repair a hazardous light switch at our retail store, in Westfield Innaloo. The Issue: This is a serious electrical and fire hazard. This morning, when a staff member went to turn on the lights, the switch visibly sparked. There are now scorch marks and discoloration on the switch plate, as shown in the photos. The switch is a potential shock and fire risk and cannot be used. The Job: The task is to attend the site urgently to make the switch safe and functional. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely isolating power to the circuit. 2. Diagnosing the cause of the spark (e.g., faulty switch, loose wiring). 3. Supplying and installing a new, standard white push-button switch mechanism and faceplate. 4. three bedroom, one securty and two fluro

Install in three bedrooms lights, replace outdoor sensor light, replace two fluros in garage and depending upon the cost fit a new power point running from the garage door opener.

Ceiling light has fallen, hanging by a cord. The light still works so there is no damage to the wiring, just seems the screws have come out of the screw holes. Small rip in the ceiling from the cable being pulled down but I don’t think it will be an issue when the light goes up.
