You will need to replace the cables in the heaters in the sauna. Approximate job time 2-3 hours per sauna. There will be 10 -20 saunas in the Gold Coast region requiring the same work in the coming weeks so looking for someone with on going work and also do our electrical maintenance on going in the area.

.My air conditioner is 15 years old but brand spanking new and has never been used, but it’s leaked since installation. The installer has since gone out of business, and the BSA couldn’t assist. If I use a wet vac on the drain line, the leak appears to stop temporarily — so it may be a drainage or backflow issue. I may also be dreaming about the wet vac but I thought it worked but maybe it was turning it off that worked and on again?
