.My air conditioner is 15 years old but brand spanking new and has never been used, but it’s leaked since installation. The installer has since gone out of business, and the BSA couldn’t assist. The BSA guy was useless and said maybe a bug grew a nest and just closed the case 🤣 A technician previously suggested it might be a design flaw with the U-bend connection under the sink, where the condensate line drains. The leak seems to occur inside the wall near the indoor unit, usually after running for about 20 minutes. If I use a wet vac on the drain line, the leak appears to stop temporarily — so it may be a drainage or backflow issue. I may also be dreaming about the wet vac but I thought it worked but maybe it was turning it off that worked and on again? You will need to replace the cables in the heaters in the sauna. We have rework SOP. Approximate job time 2-3 hours per sauna.
