I have observed that sometimes when I turn on AC and some other electronic appliances are also on then the electricity for the entire apartment trips. Also, AC makes loud tuk tuk tuk sound while turning off.

Three power point are in conduits running from the ground up the back of a long cupboard. The cupboard is already removed it's just to disconnect wires, pull it out the cupboard, reconnect wires and secure to the wall. There is also need for a new power point on a wall where we are going to place a wall mounted TV.

Install and run cabling off existing power point. Compressor to be put on the small balcony. Aircond will be delivered.

I have purchased a new induction cooktop to replace my old electric one and am looking for a qualified electrician to install it. It may require some light cabinetry work as there is a 5mm difference between the required cut-outs, my bench top is a plastic laminate material. I have attached pictures of the product specifications of both the old electric cooktop and the new induction one.
