I need someone to come and inspect and service an older air-conditioning unit. It still works, but the airflow is weak and I just want a basic check and quick service to make sure everything is running as well as it can. Looking for someone who can: • Inspect the system • Clean filters • Check gas levels • Give general feedback on the condition

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Evaporative airconditioning unit is experiencing issues at the moment and we'd like to try and get it repaired ASAP. According to a technician who came out to look at the unit, it needs a new solenoid valve. However, we're now struggling to get in touch with the technician and they're taking too long to resolve this urgent issue. Looking for someone to source and install a new one ASAP this week.
