Three items electrical related that needs attention: 1. Light switch under kitchen cabinet needs to be fixed - currently stuck and not able to switch lights on/off. Might need one of the lights checked too. 2. Down light in ceiling is flashing - tried to replace it but can’t seem to pull out the plug. 3. Power point in garage - one doesn’t seem to work. Need to determine if it can be repaired (or not).

Evaporative airconditioning unit is experiencing issues at the moment and we'd like to try and get it repaired ASAP. According to a technician who came out to look at the unit, it needs a new solenoid valve. However, we're now struggling to get in touch with the technician and they're taking too long to resolve this urgent issue. Looking for someone to source and install a new one ASAP this week. Replace existing 3 blade ceiling fan with an Arlec 3 blade. I also have 2 light sockets possible replacement.

Have broken light socket in walk in robe.

1) Install 2 outdoor ceiling fans where existing light bayonet points are. Ceiling fans are already purchased. 2) Install new light bayonet in between 2 ceiling fans. 3) Fix one halogen down light - possible problem with transformer as changing bulbs does not fix the problem. 4)Replace single light switch.
