I need to put double power point in my garage.

We have a lamp that has been cracked at the base of the light socket. Can this be fixed? Also we are looking at options to replace the shade with a similar colour. Fyi, the base is 45 cm high the shade is 31 cm high, the top shade diameter is 20 cm and the bottom diameter is 50 cm.

There's a plug point on one side of the wall, and we require an identical plug to be installed on the other side.

Two down lights replaced

Have a dimmer switch that I think needs to be replaced. Was originally for halogen dimmable down lights but was changed to LED dimmable down lights. Dimmer switch not changed, resulted in slight humming noise when lights are on and lights will flicker when trying to dim. Another double switch for lights, one switch works fine. The other switch on it will only flick half way down and not the full way, light won’t turn on because of this. Unsure if switch or light’s issue.
