The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor is constantly flickering. This is disruptive to the store's atmosphere and needs to be resolved. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering, perform the necessary repair, and provide spare parts. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Looking for a licensed electrician to install approximately 25 Shelly smart relays behind existing light switches throughout a residential home in Broadbeach Waters. Relays are a mix of Shelly Gen 3 and Gen 4 units. These will sit behind the existing wall switches so the lights can be controlled both manually and via an app. The current switches have LED indicator lights that illuminate when the light is on. After installation the LED indicators must continue to operate as they currently do, so the installer will need to ensure the wiring supports this. Hi, I have an outdoor fan installed when house was new .. it doesn’t work and builder is not available to fix. I believe the cable needs to be found . I have a remote for the unit but doesn’t work. Also need electrician to fix my garage light sensor. which plays up and works whenever it wants to. Cash can be $60 an hour until fixed or flat price can be negotiated. Must know what they’re doing and experienced with feedback in order to get this job. Price listed is for 2 hours, any further hours will be $60 an hour cash. I’m guessing this could easily take 5-7 hours. Cheers
