Need an electrician to rewire the fan so that it always has a power supply and can I control it with remote. There is a light and fan in the loft. If the switch is off then can't run the fan. If the switch is on can turn off the fan light but not the other light.

Currently, the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan and the light are wired together on a single switch — whenever I turn on the light, the fan also runs. I have a vintage lamp that needs to be rewired with an Australian plug

Hard plaster (brick) walls need chasing for 4 additional power points in the kitchen. First image - north end of east wall Second image - centre of east wall (old junction box directly above) Third image - maintain gpo position at south end of east wall, reconnect to outside power source. Run cable across south wall to kitchen hearth, punch through and install double GPO Images/4&5 - lounge to kitchen view. One additional GPO to be added, jumped off adjacent lounge room p/point by punching thru wall (lay in hard conduit in existing cabinetry) Approx 7.5l/m to chase. New wiring from switchboard already laid and laying in ceiling cavity, to be pulled thru lining boards (see second pic). Licensed electricians only. Quote materials and labour separately please. I purchased a large arc lamp with a marble base though it does not turn on. I have checked it with multiple light bulbs and I am hoping someone might know why/ is able to rewire the lamp.
