Pendant is made up of seperate discs which are joined together by thin wires that hold each disc onto the other. I need someone to rewire as the bottom discs have fallen off. They are purely cosmetic, ie just need the discs reconnected to each other with the wires on the slots, the rest of the light is in tact and does not need to be adjusted (ie light fitting is working perfectly), top part of the light. 4 flat pieces of stainless steel plus the base ( as per pic) need to be rewired to put it all back together, that is, connect it to the existing pieces.

There are 10 downlights in my living room currently controlled by a single switch. I’d like to have 3 of them rewired to be controlled by a separate switch, while the other 7 remain on the existing one. The existing single switch needs to be replaced with a new double switch panel (already prepared). No two-way control is required — just two independent switches on the same wall plate. Boat has been unused for a few years. I want to strip all the old wiring and replace VHF radio, lights etc. I will supply and pay for all materials. Just need someone who can provide the labour to neatly run the wires and install the new equipment.

The wiring was fixed on this old art deco pendant light a year ago as it was flickering and then stopped working. It has stopped working again. The tenants tell me for a while it only worked with the shade off (loose wire?) Licensed electrician. Ideally Sunday or next Wednesday. Definitely needed before the 1st. This is an original art deco pendant light fitting which matches the ones in other rooms, so I want to retain it, not replace.

1). I have removed two older AC type ceiling fans, and need newer DC type fans wired in, which need to separated from light circuit and dimmers/speed controls removed. The wiring is in place, just need reorganising. 2). wall sockets for power, 2 ready for plate, two new sockets need wiring in. 3). Adding sockets (6) to light circuit.
