We live in an apartment ( on the first storey) without no other apartments above us. There is access to the roof . It is hard to explain the details. Would be better to come in person to inspect the work needed. I have no idea how much it would cost so my budget input on the next page is only an indication as this platform would not allow me to proceed without putting a budget figure. Not a great experience, the job was to install a washing machine and a dryer. Initially, he said I don’t need any part, later a part was required and he left without completing the full install. Also, he did not answer all the questions and kept on saying it’s his job. Would not recommend.
