This job is a routine clean out, not an urgent call out request. Hey guys I’m after someone with experience to clean and unblock an external rain water drain and also (locate a missing drain somewhere in the front yard as concrete have been poured of the drain if possible ?)

Sink drain pipe needs to be cleaned in detail. It blocks water. I have used cleaning liquids but issue is same. Main bottom pipe might have some blockage. See attached pictures. Please bring steel wire or whatever is required. Thanks

1 small sized bathroom deep cleaned with shower. Then shower drain needs to be cleaned properly as well as kitchen sink drains. This requires removal of any hair/blockages as well as a flush. Note: shower glass and tiles have calcium build up that needs to be gone.

To lift dryer sitting on top of the washing machine and then clean the drainage pipe of washing machine as it is not working due to clogged drainage pipe (getting SC indicated on the WM) Will need 2 persons to lift the dryer machine.

In front yard, there is a drainage for water to pass through. From a couple of weeks, if there is heavy rain, water does not pass through or even pass through but very slow. I have invited a plumber who looked into and did plenty of clean ups and unblocked the drain. However, it is not cleaned up 100% because he does not carry a camera/locator.

I have a partial Dreamcourts basketball court system on my balcony, with court tiles that slot together. They need to be moved back into alignment and I need help lifting them up to clean 2 blocked balcony drains underneath. The job has been too hard for me to manage myself.
