We already have an indicative landlord floor plan; however, we now require accurate on-site measurements to convert this into a reliable CAD base drawing for design and layout planning. I have a villa unit (one of 3 on the block), that has a brick garage in between my unit and the neighbor. The garage is connected to the house via a brick wall. I want an architect to suggest an approach to convert the garage into a 3rd bedroom with an en-suite. The recommendation will require location for opening a doorway, the height of the floating floor , ceiling height, whether the roof needs to be lifted, water and sewerage considerations (the rear of the garage is next to the laundry and an existing toilet). Require drafting to be completed and advice on liaising with council or a certifier to provide final sign off on plans/works.

The Project: We are looking to convert our existing pool room into a double-story studio and pool room. Ideally, we want to turn this structure into a granny flat. The existing building is located immediately next to the pool You will work with us to put together drawings.

I need approximately 80m2 of hybrid plank flooring laid. I have the flooring and it is only 1 open plan living area with a separate bedroom. It is pretty straight forward going with not much cabinetry to work around and the concrete is pretty level.

I do not know how the quotes for this work, ie per hour, or sqm and have put $2k in the quote for the purpose of uploading the task but realise this may not be realistic.

Hello all I need a draftsman or structural engineer to visit a house an hour from Wagga, and make engineering drawings of an old church frame including Walls Floor Roof This will require you to visit site, take accurate measurements and draw the church in a sketch form, ie a good quality sketch or better still supply me CAD, Solid works files. The drawings are needed for a structural engineer to assess frame integrity. If you are a certified structural engineer and can do all including asses frame, make recommendations and or sign off...even better. This is a hands-on task suited to someone used to measuring with some equipment. Thanks
