exhaust fan in toilet, 1 pendant light and some downlights in all rooms

I need 13 No. lights to be replaced to LED downlights by a licensed electrician. I’ll provide the lights.

Need home downlight upgrade. Total 20 lights. Current one are hard wired only one colour. Need to change it to downloghts with switch which comes with 3 colour and max luminous

I’m looking for a licensed and experienced electrician to install 2 feature lights (see attached photo for reference) and 2 standard downlights both in place of existing bulb fittings(B22). I will supply both the feature lights and down lights. The house is a 2 storey and the installation needs to happen on the ground floor. There is no man hole on the ground floor. In future I would like to install more downlights across the house, I am open to recommendations and possibilities. At this point looking to only replace the existing bulb fittings. No new cable or switches need to be installed. This is existing 4 bulbs fitting that needs to be replaced with 2 feature lights and 2 downlights

To install approx 8 downlights in open lounge / dining area. To provide certificate Owner will supply downlights
