Looking for a licensed electrician to remove an existing surface-mounted LED panel in a bathroom and install new recessed LED downlights. Scope of work: • Disconnect and remove existing light fixture • Supply and install 2–3 IP-rated LED downlights (bathroom safe, tri-colour preferred) • Run wiring from existing light point to each downlight location • Install plug bases or drivers as required • Test and certify to Australian standards Ceiling condition: • Old light will leave a hole/mark on ceiling • Please include basic patch and paint to blend the area, OR recommend a neat cover plate solution • Ceiling is standard plasterboard Room details: • Bathroom, approx. 2.5m x 2.5m (small space) • Standard ceiling height Requirements: • Must be a licensed electrician • Must provide Certificate of Electrical Safety • Must supply compliant, good-quality downlights • Australian standards compliant products only Preferences (not mandatory): • Tri-colour selectable • Dimmable driver • Warm–neutral white output preferred Flexible on timing, preferably within 1–2 weeks. Hi, I have some very old style LED downlights in my house I’m looking to have changed over to new ones. I actually can’t buy the replacements for the ones I currently have. I need a three bedroom home changed over please. Image of what I currently have installed.
