Installation of 10 downlights including 3 replacements on ceiling (3 existing ceiling lights and 7 new downlights)

Need sensor light replaced with downlight, preferably sensor. And add an additional 2 downlights either side. 3 lights total.

Need to install multiple downlights and some power points.

Replace one down light - 90mm cut

2017 Built House , Currently has the Non Plug in type downlights . Change 4 of them to Plug in types . I'll Provide the philips Plug in type downlights . Edit : I am thinking of replacing all 44 of the downwlights at a later stage ,so if your prices vary much than the offered for replacing 4, i'll give it a miss and change them all together at a later stage .

We currently have just normal lights - 1 per room. We are wanting to change this to downlights across our single storey, tiled-roof house. House is brick outside and normal plasterboard inside.
